 I sold to a lady a suede shampoo spray to clean her expensive delicate suede shoes,

 it appeared that the color of her shoes had changed after the use off the product.

 Again a big minus on my cash register.

 

 A pair "Goodyear"made expensive totalled shoes I had to resole.

 I put some new cork inside the sole so that the shoes would be as new,

 but the customer was too used to walk with any grip in his old shoes,

 that the repaired shoes really hurted them while walking.

 So I took away the new soles, took the new korkplaster out,  put the new soles again under his shoes

 and voila! the mister walked without pain again, no complains any more!
